They also took up my curtains perfectly, so they are no longer dragging on the floor!

Fantastic experience with Elegancy Blinds. Min provided excellent customer service throughout and we love the finished product! We really valued the advice given when choosing, the free temporary blinds whilst we waited for them to arrive and the attention to detail of install. There were some issues with part of our install from a subcontractor of elegancy blinds. I often think the mark of good company is how they respond when things go wrong and they handled it perfectly. We felt very supported and valued throughout and are very happy with the end result.

Got custom vertical blinds, Venetian blinds, roller blinds and curtains from Elegancy. They have a wide variety of choices. Min was very helpful in choosing our desired product by bringing the samples home to match the decor and lighting. Also they did a good job in cutting to size, add additional fittings to the roller blinds design which I sourced elsewhere. Recently had a minor issue with the vertical blinds which were fitted last year and I reported it via email. Min sent out a fitter in a couple of hours and the issue was fixed in minutes. Would highly recommend Elegancy blinds.
